Admission Requirements
Just A Few Easy Steps, and You'll Have A Master's Degree in 14 Months!
Application Information - Preliminary Admission
So that students can begin the Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning program as soon as possible, they may register in two stages. First, students are preliminarily admitted based on a review of unofficial transcripts and other documents. However, this admission includes a condition that final and official documents and requirements must be received within 90 calendar days from the start of the term. If these final and official documents and/or requirements are not received by that time, the student will not be allowed to continue class attendance. Financial aid will not be disbursed to a preliminarily admitted student until he or she has been fully admitted as a regular student (all admission requirements have been approved by the program admissions office). Preliminary enrollment requires submission of:
- A completed application form
- A copy of your undergraduate transcripts showing the date your degree was conferred and a GPA of 2.5 or above
- A copy of your valid teaching certificate or teaching license
Send preliminary admission documents (except for the official transcript) to:
M.A.T.L. Program Office, B106-A
1900 East Lake Avenue

Or fax to:
